Publishes the SpacetimeDB module shipped in the running planout-core image over each drifted project's existing database: data is kept and clients stay connected. Deploy planout-core first, a republish applies whatever the running image carries. A client-breaking change is rejected and leaves that project as it was on its old module; only those projects need deactivate then reactivate.

Upgrade cycle

Deactivate every project's SpacetimeDB, deploy the new image, then reactivate. Only needed for a module change that adds or removes columns; compatible changes use in-place republish instead. Failures are listed here and never rolled back automatically.
